Community Yoga

Class Description
A relaxed and accessible class focused on mindfully exploring yoga poses to build strength, improve mobility, and develop balance and coordination. I provide lots of variations and options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you. No rushing or chasing ‘perfect’ alignment or poses, just movement to help you reconnect to your body and feel really good! With a lovely relaxation (Savasana) at the end. 🧚🏼 This class is beginner-friendly. 🍵 Pre-yoga tea: arrive 15mins early for a cup of herbal tea and a chance to chat or decompress before we start if you fancy it. Herbal tea included in the cost of the class. I’ve called this class Community Yoga as I want the classes to suit and benefit the lovely people who come to them, so if there’s anything specific you’d like to explore or try, a specific body part you’d like to target, a theme you’d like to know more about etc, please let me know! £11 per class, or 4 classes for £40. What to bring - A yoga mat (if you haven't got one, please let me know at least 2hrs before the class and I'll bring one for you) - Anything to help you get cosy during Savasana - a blanket, eye pillow, warm layers - Water What to wear - Something soft and comfortable that you can move in. There's no need to wear yoga clothes/activewear if you're not comfortable in them.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will still be charged. If I need to cancel the class due to ill health or unforeseen circumstances I will give you as much notice as possible. I will be in contact to offer you a refund, or to move your booking to another date.
