Weekly Yoga Classes
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, my classes are welcoming, down-to-earth and open to everyone. I focus on slower-paced Hatha and Hatha Flow styles, with elements of Yin mixed in, blending movement, breath, and stillness to build strength and flexibility, whilst helping you to slow down, let go of tension, and reconnect with yourself. Come and discover the joy of yoga!

Pre-yoga tea
Arrive 15 minutes early before class for a cup of tea and a chat - I’ll bring the tea, you bring yourself!
Community WhatsApp
Join my WhatsApp community group where we share thoughts, yoga inspiration, and organise meet ups outside of class. I'll send you a link once you've booked a class.
Class Descriptions
Hatha Yoga
A welcoming and relaxed beginner-friendly class focused on gently exploring foundational yoga postures to help build strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance and coordination. You’ll be guided with clear, supportive instructions and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you. By moving with intention and staying connected to the breath, we create space to calm the mind and feel more grounded. Each class ends with a restful Savasana (relaxation), leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Perfect for: those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine and deepen their practice in a supportive, friendly setting.
Flow to Slow
A blend of movement and stillness (the best of both worlds!). We’ll begin by building up to a steady, Hatha-style flow, focusing on moving with the breath and exploring mindful transitions, with plenty of options to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach. Then, we’ll ease into a slower, yin-inspired practice, giving ourselves time to soften, tune into the breath and release tension. We’ll finish with a deeply restful Savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed.
Perfect for: those who want to build strength and flexibility in a steady, intentional way, while also making space for deep rest and relaxation.
