Community & Connection

Yoga isn’t just about individual practice, it’s about connection and unity with others too. Practicing within a supportive community makes yoga even more meaningful (and fun!). With that in mind, I have 2 open invitations for you:

Pre-yoga tea

Arrive 15 minutes early before class for a cup of tea and a chat - I’ll bring the tea, you bring yourself!

Community WhatsApp

Join my WhatsApp community group where we share thoughts, yoga inspiration, and organise meet ups outside of class. I'll send you a link once you've booked a class.

Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga

A welcoming and relaxed beginner-friendly class focused on exploring foundational yoga postures and mindful movement at your own pace. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, before moving into a steady practice, breaking down the postures with clear, accessible guidance and plenty of options. It’s all about finding what works for your body, moving with intention and curiosity, and most importantly, having some fun! We’ll finish with a lovely restful Savasana, so you can leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Perfect for: those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine and deepen their practice in a supportive, friendly setting.

Flow to Slow

A blend of movement and stillness (the best of both worlds!). We’ll begin by building up to a steady, Hatha-style flow, focusing on moving with the breath and exploring mindful transitions, with plenty of options to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach. Then, we’ll ease into a slower, yin-inspired practice, giving ourselves time to soften, tune into the breath and release tension. We’ll finish with a deeply restful Savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed.

Perfect for: those who want to build strength and flexibility in a steady, intentional way, while also making space for deep rest and relaxation.
