Weekly Yoga Classes

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, my classes are welcoming, down-to-earth and open to everyone. I focus on slower-paced Hatha and Hatha Flow styles, with elements of Yin mixed in, blending movement, breath, and stillness to build strength and mobility, whilst helping you to slow down, let go of tension, and reconnect with yourself. Come and discover the joy of yoga! 

Community & Connection 

Yoga isn’t just about individual practice, it’s about connection and unity with others too. Practicing within a supportive community makes yoga even more meaningful (and fun!). With that in mind, I have 2 open invitations for you:

Pre-yoga tea

Arrive 15 minutes early before class for a cup of tea and a chat - I’ll bring the tea, you bring yourself!

Community WhatsApp
