Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that helps you explore the state between being awake and being asleep. The purpose is to allow your body to rest really deeply, so your thoughts quieten down, your muscles relax, and your awareness expands.

Possible benefits: reduced stress and anxiety, more restful sleep, improved mood, sharper focus/clarity, increase in energy and more self-awareness. ​​​
