Class Description
A welcoming and relaxed beginner-friendly class focused on gently exploring yoga poses and moving mindfully to build strength, improve mobility, and develop balance and coordination. You’ll be guided with clear, supportive instructions and plenty of options so you can move in a way that feels right for you. It’s all about getting out of your head and into your body, exploring movement with intention and curiosity, and having some fun! Each class ends with a lovely restful Savasana (relaxation), so you can leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Perfect for: those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine and deepen their practice in a supportive, friendly setting.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will still be charged.
