Class Description
A welcoming and relaxed beginner-friendly class focused on gently exploring foundational yoga postures to help build strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance and coordination. You’ll be guided with clear, supportive instructions and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you. By moving with intention and staying connected to the breath, we create space to calm the mind and feel more grounded. Each class ends with a restful Savasana (relaxation), leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Perfect for: those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine and deepen their practice in a supportive, friendly setting.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will still be charged.
