Class Description

A blend of movement and stillness (the best of both worlds!). We’ll focus on moving with the breath to build strength and flexibility, exploring mindful transitions with plenty of options to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach. We'll then ease into a slower, yin-inspired practice, giving ourselves time to soften and release tension. We’ll finish with a deeply restful Savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed. Perfect for: those who want to build strength and flexibility in a steady, intentional way, while also making space for deep rest and relaxation.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will still be charged.
