Class Description
A blend of movement and stillness (the best of both worlds!). The first part of this class builds gradually towards a Hatha-inspired flow, moving slowly and intentionally to build strength and mobility, allowing for deep stretches, increased body awareness and time to connect to the breath. The second half eases into longer-held, yin-inspired poses to release tension and encourage relaxation. Each class ends with a deeply restful Savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed. Perfect for: those who want to build strength and mobility in a steady, intentional way, while also making space for deep rest and relaxation.
