Hi, I'm Elli, a yoga teacher based in Milton Keynes. My classes are welcoming, relaxed, and open to everyone, with lots of options so you can explore yoga at your own pace and move in a way that feels right for you. If you want to move your body without pressure, rest with intention, and be part of a friendly, supportive community, you’re in the right place!

My approach

I offer down-to-earth, calming yoga where there's never any pressure to keep up, perform or perfect. You don't need to be flexible (I'm not!) or have expensive leggings (I don't!), you're welcome here exactly as you are. 

My classes are for you if you're looking to
