I'm Elli, a Yoga Teacher based in Milton Keynes.
My yoga classes and workshops offer a welcoming, relaxed space where you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body. With clear guidance and plenty of options, every practice can be shaped to suit you, whatever your experience or ability.
Together, we’ll stretch and strengthen both body and mind, develop balance and co-ordination, and use the breath to ease tension and soothe our busy minds.
My teaching invites you to step out of your head and into your body, exploring yoga with joy, curiosity, and intention, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.

Yoga isn’t just about individual practice, it’s about connection and unity with others too. Practicing within a supportive community makes yoga even more meaningful (and fun!).

Pre-yoga tea
Arrive 15 minutes early before class for a cup of tea and a chat - I’ll bring the tea, you bring yourself!
